Today is one of those days...

One of those days where I type this post through tears. Where there are still more questions than answers. Where I hope I don't sound like a whiner but I need to reach out. Where I know my circumstances are not tragic but somehow are still very difficult. Please pray for me today. My little Mercy feels so very far away.

On a happier note here are some pics of my boys at their end of the school year play. It was sooooo adorable!

Local Colors Festival

Hello again Dear Ones:

This weekend we did something fun, different and significant to our family.

We went to a festival of colors. This festival celebrates diversity, and promotes multicultural understanding. The whole thing started with a Parade of Nations. More than 70 countries were represented. There were exhibits of arts and crafts, booths selling authentic food from a variety of countries, & different dances performed . Below are some pics from the parade. The last two are from those representing GUATEMALA!

The next shot we saw walking around the festival. Someone actually bedazzeled their car! Can you believe it?
