First Day at My New Job

Dear Ones:

Well, today was my first day at my new job. It was crazy to say the least. The person who was supposed to train me ended up being 2 1/2 hours late. I did not have a clue what to do. The salon owner who is my personal friend basically told me to scratch today and we would reschedule my training for another time when she could be there. I am so thankful people were praying. I am sure it kept me from tears in front of everyone. So please keep me in your prayers that when I go back things will be a lot smoother and I will catch on quickly and become an asset and not a burden to the salon. I really think I could be good at this and enjoy it once I get the hang of things.

  2. Michelle,
I am sure that this day was not a foreshadowing of more:-) The day was not wasted, you were there, and now when you go back it will be even easier:-) May your second "first" day be blessed with awareness of His presence, and the peace that only He can offer.
    Hugs,
    Robin

  5. Michelle...
I'm sure your intention in the picture was to look frazzled but you look beautiful. Love the hair cut!

Prayers for good days ahead sweet friend!

  6. I agree with Rachel! People are going to take one look at you and think, "If Mary Kay will make my face look like hers, I will drop a grand!!"
